Master Classes
We are delighted to introduce our master classes at
Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Royal Hospital Road for those guests wishing to learn how to
recreate our three Michelin starred cuisine in the comfort of their own home. Experience the detail
and precision that is necessary to prepare cuisine at the highest standard, learning from some of
the restaurant industry's finest talent, first hand.
Beginning at 9.30am, our Head Chef and brigade will brief you on the morning ahead including
the specially selected three course menu chosen from a range of Gordon Ramsay signature dishes
which becomes the focus of the class! You will be part of a small group who will receive one to one
guidance and tuition.
After an exciting and informative morning in the kitchens you will move through to the
restaurant at 12.30pm for a delicious and restorative glass of Champagne where your guests for the
lunch will join you. Our sommelier is on hand to present wines which have been selected to
complement the menu and will explain the reasons for the selection. Coffee and chocolates are
served after dessert and each guest is presented with the recipe cards of the dishes created to
take home as a memento and of course for reference in recreating the dishes at home.
The cost to attend the master class and have a guest join you for lunch is £600.00 per
couple. This includes refreshments on arrival, the master class for one, a three course menu for
two with wines paired to each course . Additional guests may join for lunch, subject to
availability, at £150.00 each.
